Science backs up what we know as a fundmental truth… getting out into nature is good for our wellbeing. You might be surprised just how good. Not only does walking boost creativity, but looking at nature can restore our capacity to pay attention to other things. That’s what makes the natural environment the perfect backdrop when you need to innovate, create or simply recharge and regain focus. This session will share some of the research, give you ideas on what you can do, and (hopefully) give you the motivation to get out more and take your thinking outside.
