Tango 22 is infamous on the railway: it is historically the most SPADed (Signal Passed At Danger) signal in the country. Over 30 minutes, I'll give a crash course in understanding signalling and protection systems, the history and placement of Tango 22, the PPS (Personal Protection Strategies) that Drivers use to avoid incidents and the similarities between modern methods of behavioural safety strategies and prayer and ritualistic practices.
