How we make videogames

I am the creative director and programmer at Hollow Ponds, a videogame development studio. I'm going to briefly show some of our earlier games for context, and then talk about a number of interesting things about the development of our forthcoming game FLOCK - a multiplayer game about exploring a big wild landscape on the back of a giant bird, seeking out strange creatures, and charming them into a big flock.
