Fuzzy logic is used widely in electronic, engineering and robotic applications for dealing with uncertainty. However it is ill suited for certain types of problems, in which it doesn't model uncertainty with enough accuracy. This talk will give an overview of the emerging field of type-2 fuzzy logic, and how and what you can do with it in the real world today.
