The light board is driven by the ESP8266 which allows a connection through WiFi so that you can update the messages from your mobile devices.

Bring a laptop to set up your own Arduino environment for programming or simply assemble the provided kit with help. Involves gluing, soldering, and programming, beginners are welcome.
