Drama, and what we'd like to do about it
Workshop by Mike Haber
Friday from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM in Workshop 2
This is a workshop about better understanding our relationships with each other. Including work, family and socal groups. Using everyday examples the workshop introduces the Drama Triangle (Stephen Karpman https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karpman_drama_triangle) and how it can make our interactions with people go wrong without us knowing why. In the workshop I'll show how we can spot drama, and what to do about it. I'll use some examples from family, work and social life to recognise 'drama' and provide a way to interact better. After the workshop, attendees will have the tools to recognise and avoid miscommunication and anti-patterns with affect our daily lives in negative ways.
