Mixed Signals

A commentary on the importance of communication in relationships, where traffic lights can be used to communicate consent, Mixed Signals consists of a pair of traffic lights and a button to control them.

Does green mean go if one light conflicts with the other? Should I proceed if the pedestrian button has a question mark at the end? WHY IS THE LIGHT BLUE NOW?
